How long does synthetic turf last?
Our premium turf is built to last 15–20 years with normal use. Every install is backed by a 15-year workmanship warranty, and the turf itself carries the manufacturer's UV and wear warranty.
Does it drain well in Vancouver's rain?
Yes. We install over a compacted, free-draining aggregate base, and our turf backing is fully perforated. Water passes straight through — typically faster than natural soil — so there's no pooling, even in heavy West Coast downpours.
Is it safe for pets and kids?
Absolutely. We use non-toxic turf with antimicrobial, drainable infill. It rinses clean, won't harbour mud or pests, and our play-area turf is fall-rated and cushioned for safety.
Will it get too hot in summer?
